Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Scenario Three is a business of Antipodean Holdings Group Pty Ltd (ABN 69 692 578 091). We (“Scenario Three”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and the Perspectives newsletter, why, and how we handle it. It describes what the site does today, not what it might do later.

What we collect

We keep collection to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Subscriber details: your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Contact details and enquiry: your name, email address, anything you write in the contact form, and the three answers you choose in the “start the conversation” questions.
  • Newsletter delivery: our email provider records whether an email was delivered, and may record whether it was opened or a link clicked.
  • Usage data: aggregate, cookieless page analytics: the page visited, the referring site, country, browser and device type. Nothing that identifies you or follows you across other sites.

How we use it

  • To send you the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe here.
  • To respond to an enquiry and assess whether we are a fit to work together.
  • To understand which pieces are read so we can write better ones.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Third-party services

Two providers process data on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

  • Resend delivers the newsletter, holds the subscriber list, and relays contact-form enquiries to our inbox. It is a US company and stores data on servers in the United States.
  • Vercel hosts this website and provides the aggregate analytics described above.

Enquiries also land in an ordinary email inbox, where they are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold, including serving this site only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Australian Privacy Act

Scenario Three is an Australian business. Small businesses with annual turnover under $3 million are currently exempt from the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); we follow the spirit of those principles as good practice, and note the exemption is under review.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time. Email [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new date.
